HOW TO BOOK AN APARTMENT OR A VILLA
40 % deposit upon booking
Remaining balance due 1 month prior to arrival
For the bookings done 1 month prior to arrival, we will ask you to pay the full amount.

PAYMENT
Bank transfers or checks
(in the case of a bank transfer, we will give you our bank details)
Checks are to be made payable to the order of Riviera V.I.P.

CANCELLATION
The 40 % deposit upon booking is non refundable, unless we manage to rent the property you had chosen, at the same dates, to someone else. In that case, you will be reimbursed the full deposit amount.
We recommend that you subscribe a cancellation policy.

OUR SERVICES
We will be in charge of your arrival in Cannes and your comfort during your stay.
Apartments and houses come with linen + towels, arrival + departure cleaning
are also included and free in your rental.
We provide a basket of food for your breakfast + a basket with toiletries.
Everything will be made so that you feel comfortable during your stay with us.

V.I.P. Service ‘a la carte’
- Airport transportation from Nice to your apartment : 120 euros
- Change of linen and towels : 20 euros per person
(1 set includes sheets and 4 towels)
- Housekeeping service : 11 euros per hour
- Electric and Electronic appliance rentals: fax, VCR, DVD player, etc.
- Other requests: please, consult us. We will do our best as to make them
possible.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check in : at your convenience, we will meet you directly in front of your apartment or at our office. A representative from Riviera VIP will be welcoming you and will give you the keys.
We accept check-ins from 8:00am to midnight, no extra cost.
Check-out : a representative from our agency will be in charge of your departure, we can book taxis for you, the check out procedure is very simple.
For congresses, we accept very early check out as well as late check out time, no extra cost.

EVENTUAL DAMAGES
Security deposit : 25% of the total amount of your rental price
The damages occurring during your rental will be deducted from your security deposit.
